What We Carry

 

We have general photos of our equipment on our images page to give you an overview of what we carry.  We receive and sell items on a daily basis and, through years of experience, feel you will receive a higher level of customer service by contacting us for up-to-the-minute information on specific pieces.   We are happy to talk with you about what you need and either text or e-mail you photos and prices of what we have on the floor right now.  Some of our equipment can include....

New and used GRILLS, CHARBROILERS, and CHEESEMELTERS.    Our line of NEW gas equipment by Therma Tek carries a one year mfg. warranty and is priced extremely well.  A 24" grill is $835, 36" is $1055, and a 48" is $1195.  A 24" lava rock charbroiler is $895, a 36" is $1125, and a 48" is $1345. Our used grills, char- broilers and cheesemelters come in a variety of sizes and prices.

Used CONVECTION OVENS can come in both gas and electric.  A single stack can range from about $995 to $1195, and a double stack from $1995 to about $2295.

RANGES with OVENS:  We carry new Therma Tek 6 burner ranges with an oven for $1595 (1 yr. mfg. warranty) in addition to a variety of used ranges, which could include 4 burners to 10 burners, single or double ovens, sometimes with grills or broilers, etc.  Prices can range from $995 - $1995.

FRYERS:  Our new Therma Tek fryer with two new baskets is $865 (1 yr. mfg. warranty).  Used 40lb. fryers average $495 to $525.  We also get in 80lb. fryers and some double, triple, and four bay fryers.  They come with a 90 day Alpine warranty.

FRIDGES and FREEZERS:  We carry a wide range of refrigeration equipment, including under the counter; full size one to three glass or stainless doors; refrigerated prep tables for salads, sandwiches or pizza; refrigerated and freezer display cases; flip-top freezers; refrigerated equipment stands and more.  Wide range of prices.

WARMERS and STEAM TABLES:  We carry warmers, proofers, and steam tables.

BAR EQUIPMENT:  Bar sinks, refrigerated bar backs, keg coolers, and jockey boxes.  

STAINLESS:  We carry both new and used tables, equipment stands and sinks in a variety of sizes.

MISC:  In addition, we generally have a variety of other pieces, including PIZZA OVENS, DISPLAY CASES, POT AND TABLE TOP BURNERS, TABLE TOP WARMERS AND SOUP POTS, TABLES AND CHAIRS, DISHWASHERS, CHIP AND BUN WARMERS, AND MORE!
